monoprint meanderings

Suzanne Benton is a friend and an artist with an international arts career spanning well over 50 highly credentialed years. Primarily known for her metal mask-making expeditions and performances, she is now refocusing as a printmaker on monotypes, which we equally love.

The first, a monoprint known as Yellow Glow, was accepted into the “Contemporary Still Life” juried show at CORE New Art Space in Denver, Colorado.

The second, a monoprint entitled Spiney Buds, was accepted into 311 Gallery’s “Flowers & Gardens” Juried Show, located in Raleigh, NC. The show runs through August 27th.

Lastly, the monoprint Archer, was selected for “The 5th Annual Juried International Exhibition of Contemporary Islamic Art” at Irving Arts Center in Irving, TX. The exhibit opens on September 17th and runs through November 13th.
