· June 5, 2016 · Great class yesterday at kungfu. Some of us even got to train outside as it was so nice! My blind student, Aaron Danvers-Jukes also came along. He is doing so well that sometimes I forget he cannot see. ... It was a large class yesterday morning in Ryde, and everyone worked so hard. Here are two images of just some of my students. Also pictured is one of my "Young Dragons". His name is Karam and yesterday he was awarded with a plaque that goes, each month, to a student worthy of extra-special recognition although it is always a tough decision as to who gets it.

Tomorrow, three more SSG students will undergo their grading (Leon Dan, and Richard) whilst next week Aaron (my blind student) will also be taking his grading. He is going for Brown Sash which means that, if he passes, he will start preparing for his Back Sash (black-belt equivalent) test which he will take during the latter part of next year.
